Sub-processors
Effective: 10 October 2026 · AIQ (aiqworlds.com)
We use a small, deliberately short list of providers to run AIQ. Each is bound by a data processing agreement or equivalent contractual terms, and may only use information we share with it to provide its service to us — never for its own advertising purposes.
| Provider | What it does for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (Bedrock) | Runs the AI models that generate courses and power the tutor. Receives only a first name and coarse age band — never email, surname, or other identifiers. | Region selected for AUS/India proximity |
| ElevenLabs | Voice conversations with Zylo, for adult learners who turn them on: turns what you say into text and Zylo’s replies into speech, during the call. Configured to keep no recordings or transcripts after the call. Never used for child accounts. | United States |
| Supabase (Postgres) | Primary database — accounts, learning progress, gamification state. | Managed Postgres, region set at deployment |
| Cloudflare | This marketing site, edge network, DDoS protection, and the beta-signup database. | Global edge network |
| Oak National Academy | Source of curriculum-aligned lesson content and questions for topics it covers, cited on the relevant lessons. | United Kingdom |
| Apple / Google | App distribution, in-app purchase billing, and push notifications. | Per platform |
We will update this list if we add or remove a sub-processor that handles personal information. For questions, contact [email protected].
