Delete your account

You can permanently delete your AIQ account and all associated data directly from the app, at any time, without contacting support.

In the app

  1. Open the avatar menu from Home, then My profile & buddy (or, on a parent account, your Profile screen).
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Confirm. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Deleting a parent account deletes every child profile under it and all associated data — learning progress, memory facts, tutor history, and gamification state.

What gets deleted

  • Account credentials and any child profiles and PINs;
  • Learning activity: courses, lessons completed, quiz history, XP/gems/streaks, saved notes;
  • Memory facts and tutor conversation history;
  • Weekly leaderboard participation, if enabled.

Deletion completes within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record strictly required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, held separately and not used for any other purpose.

Can't access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership before proceeding.

Just want a subscription to stop renewing?

That's a separate step from deleting your account — manage or cancel the subscription itself in your device's Subscriptions settings. See Subscription Terms.
